Tonese Return Policy
Return PeriodYou have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of Returned ItemsItems must be returned in their original, unused condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked, and undamaged.
PackagingAll items must be returned with their complete original packaging, accessories, and hang tags – including boxes, dust bags, brand labels, and any other supplied materials.
Security TagsIf a Tonese security tag is attached to the item, it must not be tampered with, damaged, or removed.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return:
Final Sale items
Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, swimwear) – unless the hygiene seal remains intact
Personal care and beauty products with broken seals
Candles, perfumes, and other hazardous goods
Electronics with opened sealed packaging
Exchanges
Tonese does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
Return Process
Submit a Return Authorization request through your Tonese account.
Receive your return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address.
After quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Please note: We recommend keeping your return shipping receipt until your refund is complete. Tonese reserves the right to refuse returns that lack valid proof of return shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned items pass quality inspection.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Final Sale items and shipping fees are non‑refundable.
